A healthy, easy and quick recipe.

It's pumpkin, cabbage and other winter vegetables season, but certainly also courgettes. We're a little tired of courgette soups, stuffed courgettes and courgette spaghetti, but it would be a shame to let them rot in the bottom drawer of your fridge, knowing that even when cooked, they contain copper and calcium, as well as vitamin E, K1 and B9. They contain fibre which facilitates intestinal transit, as well as the elimination of toxins and fats since courgettes are 95% liquid.


So I suggest you try, without further ado, the courgette patties with feta,

with a tzatziki yoghurt sauce.

You can serve them as an appetizer, as a side dish for the main course or even as a great breakfast, with a slice of smoked salmon for example.

These patties are an easy way to get children to eat vegetables.

They are also ideal for the lunchbox of young and old alike.


Here is the recipe for courgette patties with feta cheese and tzatziki yoghurt sauce.

For 10 patties:

1 full-sized courgette

-50 g feta cheese

-2 eggs

-1 teaspoon of garlic powder

-1 case of flour (optional)

-Salt, pepper (try A.Vogel Herbamare)


For the sauce:

- One portion of @Alpro Greek yoghurt or Greek soy yoghurt ( 125 to 150 gr )

- Spices for tzatziki

- Basil

- Chives

- A few mint leaves

How to make:

- Wash and grate the courgette and leave to drain for 15 minutes in a colander

- After 15 minutes, squeeze out the excess water in your hands

- Put them in a bowl and mix in the eggs, crumbled feta, flour, garlic, chopped basil, salt and pepper.

- Heat a little olive oil in a pan

- Take a good case of the mixture and pour it into the hot oil

- Brown for 5 minutes on each side, a little longer if your patties are thicker

The sauce:

- Mix in a portion of Greek yogurt, tzatziki spices, and chopped chives and mint.
