She's back again. Condoleeza Rice, former Secretary of State ( under George W. Bush ) and currently Director of the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, says her thoughts on Russia's invasion of the Donbass region of Ukraine.
" Democratic countries do not invade other countries or use weapons of mass destruction" she says.
She wisely forgets however the many times that the " democratic " USA has invaded other countries, killed millions of people, had their national leaders slaughtered without any trial, interfered in local politics, put puppet governments in power whose individual members danced to its tune, stole the wealth of many countries, etc...
