A lot of scientists have been arguing for over 50 years that the earth is cooling and have also presented plenty of evidence, which is however completely ignored.
Media outlets do occasionally report news about the extremely low temperatures and weather conditions (because they have no other choice ) but no one stumbles over the fact that all the data in practice completely contradicts with the narrative of global warming which is a hoax.
Since December 22, it has been extremely cold in many locations around the world. In Siberia, a record temperature of - 61.2° was measured which is unprecedented even for this region. The Bering Sea is frozen since several weeks. In the north and the centre of the USA, all stones freeze out of the ground since weeks on end. The land is covered in a thick layer of snow. In south-west Morocco, up to 219.5 cm of snow has fallen and it continues to snow. Majorca is also covered by a thick layer of snow. In Spain, a record temperature of -35.8° has been recorded and the snowman is also daily present. In the south-west of Turkey ditto and so are other locations where it never, rarely or not often snows that are buried under a white carpet.
However, now it's official. Satellite data from the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) confirmed by NASA show that no warming has been recorded for the past 8.5 years.
The data published by NOAA in January 2023 were of course picked up and commented.
So, what has NOAA done ? It has removed its own dataset back from its website and replaced it on 10 February 2023 by an article, without data, stating that the past 8 years are the warmest ever, which is a lie. Probably NOAA has been slapped on the fingers by one by one or more agencies.
The existence of the NOAA data cannot be denied because in addition to the fact that they have been downloaded, there has also been a factcheck by Reuters in which the existence of the dataset is confirmed but is stated that :
" Fact Check - Eight cooler years cannot be extrapolated to draw conclusions about long-term global warming."
However, the fact-checker did not bother to look at the data before 2014. Even then, scientists concluded that no warming had been recorded since 1998.
If 8 years is not a reference, then 24 years certainly is.
