Geoengineering is so advanced these days that they can package and sell it in weather modification missions.

Artificially modifying the weather is no more no less than messing around with natural phenomena and hence with climate, which consists of much more than just temperatures.

When it rains, you are never sure whether this rain is a natural phenomenon or the result of cloud seeding or geoengineering. Ditto when you face prolonged periods of drought and high temperatures. The UN, EU and member states keep screaming bloody murder that the climate is changing while they are the ones playing God and pushing the buttons.
