STATE OF FLORIDA, KENTUCKY AND 10 OTHER USA STATES BAN GENDER SURGERIES A.O. IN MINORS

Republican lawmakers in Kentucky have passed a law banning minors with transgender backgrounds from receiving gender-modifying medical care such as surgical procedures or hormone blockers.

Healthcare providers who have already provided such care to patients must end the treatment or set a timetable to end it.

Educators are not allowed not refer to transgender students at school by their preferred name and schools can not discuss sexual orientation or gender identity with students regardless of age.

Ron DeSantis, governor of the state of Florida and presidential candidate for the Republicans went a whole lot further. Doctors, nurses and healthcare providers who fail to comply with the new regulations will be banned from practice of their profession in addition to a solid fine. Their licenses will be revoked.

This makes the State of Florida the 12th state to brush aside the woke hassle of LGBTQIA+ and exempt children and young minors from brainwashing at school and beyond. Common sense. It still exists.
