The train derailed on 03.02.2023. The thousands of litres of vinyl chloride were reportedly put in a " controlled fire" on 08.02.2023. 8 days later, a big thick black cloud still hangs over the cloud cover of Palestine.
As if all this were not bad enough yet, all residents of Palestine are, according to the testimony from one of them, since the evening of the disaster, pressurised by C-Pack ( a laboratory ) and by EPA ( Environmental Protection Agency ) to sign a contract containing, among other things, exemption from liability for the consequences of the disaster. Reportedly, 340 residents have already done so.
The EPA is a federal agency established by President Nixon in 1970, fo the purpose of protection of the environment and human health.
