RECORD-BREAKING SNOWFALL IN RUSSIA

Siberia has already reached minus -56°C / -68.8°F and Moscow faces the heaviest snowfall in 150 years. Storms have paralyzed the capital. Temperatures there are expected to drop to -50°C which is unprecedented.
