NOBEL PRIZE FOR MEDICINE 2015 FOR THE INVENTION OF IVERMECTIN

In 2015, the Nobel Prize in Medicine was awarded to William C. Campbell and Satoshi Ōmura for their discovery of Ivermectin. This broad-spectrum anti-parasitic drug has been widely used to treat infections caused by numerous parasites.
