MANDATORY RENOVATION 2023: WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?

From January 1, 2023, new owners of energy-consuming residential buildings in Flanders (those with an EPC label E or F) are required to energetically renovate their newly purchased property within 5 years of the purchase to achieve a minimum EPC label D.
