Biden is simply saying out loud what the real intent of the legal witch hunt against Trump is.
It is the first time in US history that a former president is judicially prosecuted. Moreover, this is about an alleged misdemeanor that took place 8 years ago, falls out of the statute of limitations and has been illegally reclassified as a felony to circumvent the limits. There is no question of any objectivity.
Much can be said about the man by supporters and opponents but in terms of rights, Donald Trump is entitled to a " fair trial " in line with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, like any other human being.
Trump, however, is not getting a fair trial. The prosecutor is a notorious Democratic Trump hater and so is the sitting judge from whom just leaked that he sponsored the Biden campaign and that his daughter worked for Kamala Harris.
Judges are supposed to be neutral, objective and sovereign. This is clearly not the case here.
