HAVING A BAD TIME? DANCE!

We all know it, those moments when life is not going our way or when we are irritated by " something ". Shuffling along in a never-ending traffic jam. The umpteenth envelope from a government department that yet again levies a tax or claims other entitlements. An irritating employer who kills your good mood with a comment or demand that is not actually within your remit. A dip, an illness, a relationship break-up or argument. Many things, even the most innocuous ones, can throw us off balance.

However, there is a very adequate remedy to recharge your cells positively.

Put on good music, turn up the volume and dance!

No obligatory steps from left to right or rocking your hips a bit, but primal dancing, swinging your arms, jumping, go crazy. It's all ok. Even in public. Don't care what others might say or think.

Car dancing in traffic jams ( also known as chair dancing ) is a very effective way to get rid of the annoyance and boost your mood.

Is there no music available ? Then think of your favorite song, start singing and your hips will follow. In the supermarket, at work or any other place where you need a boost. Just do it.
