EU COVID CERTIFICATE IN FRANCE ALSO AWARDED TO INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN CLINICAL TRIALS

The EU covid certificate is granted to all persons acting as test subjects who are vaccinated with an experimental vaccine, including those who are administered a placebo ( = 50% of all test subjects ).

Article 5 applies de facto and de jure to everyone who gets a syringe. This is because they are ALL test subjects.

No vaccine has final approval. No vaccine is definitively licensed. They are all still in a clinical stage of research and have only a provisional, conditional authorisation for commercialisation ' for emergency use only ' but.... there has long since been no emergency. The pandemic has been officially lifted by the WHO. So how on earth is it possible that vaccination campaigns are still being set up ? And. More importantly : if there is no pandemic and no emergency anymore, how does the EU commission still justify the EU Covid certificate and all the underlying freedom-restricting rules ( which were extended in June 2022, i.e. AFTER THE PANDEMIC was lifted ) until 01.07.2023 ?
