EMBUILD SOUNDS THE ALARMCLOCK

New construction is taking bigger hits than expected. Sector organization Embuild ( formerly BCB or Belgian Construction Confederation ) assumes in a new estimate that 8.5 per cent fewer new houses will be built in 2023. For non-residential buildings (factories, offices), the decline is 3.3 per cent.
