ELON MUSK PULLS THE PLUG ON TWITTER DEAL

Musk's takeover bid was based on, among other things, the number of accounts Twitter claimed to have. During the subsequent audit, it was revealed that Twitter has an awful lot of spam and fake accounts. Musk requested precise data on this. Twitter's CEO publicly refused to share this data.

Accordingly, Musk, yesterday, 08.07.2022, put an end to the USD 44 billion Twitter deal. He accused Twitter of misleading statements and a breach of a multitude of contractual provisions.
