LIFE-THREATENING STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED IN SPRINGVILLE CALIFORNIA

After the heavy snowfall that has plagued the state of California for several weeks and covered the city of Los Angeles under a thick layer of snow, among others, it is now the turn of Springville, California, not to be confused with Springville, Utah, where 2 major earthquakes with a magnitude of 5.1 on the Richter scale have occurred in the past 30 days.


Springville CA is about 281 kilometers from Los Angeles. Since a few days, peculiar climatic phenomena have been occurring there too.

Since last Thursday, an unprecedented amount of rain has fallen from the sky. Moreover,the temperature at night (13-15°) is warmer than during the day (9-12°).


A state of emergency has been declared. The population is being evacuated;


According to CNN, the floods are said to be caused by the melting snow, and flooding could occur across the entire state of California in the coming days and weeks.
