Synoniem voor " kleingeestige vitter, muggenzifter, vitter, kwaadaardige beoordelaar, haarklover, zeer kritisch mens"
Er was daarnet zo iemand op mijn pagina die zich veroorloofd heeft mij de les te spellen over mijn post waarin ik verkondig dat wetenschappers zich de vraag stellen of het Covid19 virus wel bestaat en die mij, met met een zekere flair eigen aan arrogante macho's, de raad gaf om wat meer en beter te lezen "in plaats van viroloogje te spelen" en mij hierbij een rapport overmaakte van de EU dat gaat over ..... de PCR testen dat hij duidelijk .... zelf niet eens gelezen heeft.
Het is een beetje als met de fact-checkers. Die lezen ook niets en voegen referenties toe aan hun fact-checks die letterlijk bevestigen wat ik post met bronvermelding en soms zelfs dezelfde bronnen als referentie opgeven als ik.
Ik heb het rapport van de EU over PCR testen WEL gelezen. (onderaan deze pagina)
Om de criticaster te plezieren post ik er zelfs een publiek bericht over want ..... in dat rapport staan toch wel een paar hoogst interessante zaken die de moeite van het vermelden waard zijn.
(Pagina 13 ) "The most crucial information concerning RT-PCR based methods developed for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 are the sequences of the oligonucleotides (primers and probe) used for the amplification of the cDNA. That information allows to establish aRT-PCR based method, as it targets a precise sequence in the genome of the virus. "It is important to note that, except for afew cases, no information on the actual sequences of the primers and probes in the devicecould be found. This makes the complementation of performance information from what is published in the scientific literature for an individual deviceconditional on the explicit mentioningof the devicein the ‘materials and methods’ part of a publication"
Mja, ok, maar "primer "van wat als het genoom van het virus niet geïsoleerd is volgens de gouden standaard en het CDC het niet kan voorleggen? We weten ondertussen al een tijdje dat het genoom dat op 13.01.2020 geïsoleerd werd in China zonder gouden standaard in wezen bijna niet verschilt van het Mers en het Sars-Cov1 virus dat we in 2003 gekend hebben.

Ooh, dus het verkeert nog in de conceptuele fase en het was (op 06.04) nog niet uitgetest op echte patiënten stalen?

As a rule, these tests need to be performed by trained laboratory personnel who are proficient in performing the methods. In addition, several scientific publications underline the importance of combining CT scans and clinical observation with RT-PCR results for the follow-up of COVID-19 patients, in order to improve the discovery rate of the disease and to evaluate a patient discharge from the hospital. Furthermore, the testing of different kinds of swabs and samples from different body fluids is recommended in order to increase the potential detection of the virus by RT-PCR at different stages of the disease"
Dus.... het is aanbevolen om verschillende soorten uitstrijkjes te testen met stalen van verschillende lichaamsvloeistoffen om de potentiële detectie van het virus via een PCR test te verhogen ?
Mmmm.... bij mijn weten gebeurt dit niet. Er wordt enkel 1 staal genomen met een neuswisser (soms via 1 uitstrijkje van speeksel in de keel). En ja, wat die specifieke toestellen voor verwerking van PCR testen betreft, hebben we in het rapport van Sciensano van 30.06.2020 al gelezen dat zij van 11 (van de 40) labo's niet weet hoe zij de PCR testen verwerken omdat zij NIET over de vereiste toestellen beschikken. Over de reagentia die labo's gebruiken weten we helemaal niets. Hoe vaak zij stalen amplificeren ook niet.
Eigenlijk weten wij helemaal niets en Sciensano ook niet want ... zij heeft het te druk met het foutief verwerken van de gigantische hoeveelheid dagelijkse data en geen tijd om te onderzoeken/uit te vissen hoe het nu precies zit met die labo's.
